 1. Eat healthy daily
2.Track foods daily
3. Walk 45 mins
4. Eat fruits, vegetables, 8 cups water daily
5. Limit myself to one snack daily
6. Log onto Spark People daily
7. Maintain Focus
8. Never lose sight of my goal.

    Happy First Day of Spring!! Was 17 degrees this morning when I left for work, however the day are getting longer (sun is setting around 8:45pm here in Anchorage, Alaska.) Great for evening strolls with the hubby.
