Connie if you set a weight loss goal each week it really helps. Say I am going to lose 3 lbs this week. It is so much more achievable to think to lose 3 lbs than thinking of the entire like 25 lbs you want to lose ( or how ever much???) It is better to think of it as week to week than like in 3 months I am going to lose 25 lbs. That seems like a way harder goal. I hope you are doing good on your weight loss.
