There is no, "Single Key to Success" when it comes to being fit. Nutrition, effective training, motivation ... you name it, they all play an equally important part in you reaching your goals.

Also there is no component of fitness that is more important than the others. At a minimum, your program should be aimed at improving these areas:

*Muscle Strength * Cardio Respiratory Endurance
*Core Strength
*Muscle Endurance *Flexibility

Short Bio:
1. Atlanta native
2. As a child, enjoyed exercising, skate boarding, extreme sports
3. Joined the US Army in 1984 – retired in 2004
4. Involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years
What I like most is learning new things. I'm currently working as a Fitness Professional/business owner. I train individuals and small groups, and I also conduct boot camps. My current hobbies include SCUBA diving, roller-skating, martial arts. I think two of my positive traits are I am diverse, and flexible. This allows me to gain the "ear" of others, and motivate them to achieve their goals.
Experience
Competed as a body builder for 7 years.
Designed and implemented fitness programs for professional soldiers.
Designed and implemented team building events that tested the participants' physical and mental abilities.
Helped de-conditioned client meet their fitness goals while working with two national level fitness organiza
