GRANDMABABA Challenges are a fun way to join in on the community fun! Because of personal health issues (migraines, multiple sclerosis, arthritis) I aim at upping my protein and non-starchy veggies while reducing and even eliminating much of the added sugar, salt, carbs - especially the white stuff. I strive to increase the nutrient dense options. I rarely drink sodas (occasionally at movies is about it now). My go to drink is water. I do drink coffee and tea, sans sugar or sugary flavorings.
