I'm an archaeologist at Colonial Williamsburg. I'm looking to be sleeker and to carry less non-muscle weight on me. I do a lot of physical activity as a part of my job and I frequently bike to work. I eat a fairly healthy diet; I can't stand soda and I usually don't eat candy or chips. My great downfall is my deep love for Starbucks soy lattes. I'd love tips!
