    Thanks for the Sparkmail. Yes, I am doing the walk/job program. I am starting week 4. It is challenging for me but, I am doing it. I have been using my treadmill instead of walking outside but, I hope to try an outdoor training this week. I live out in the country but, there is a housing development started nearby and I drove it to see what the mileage from my house is. I am waiting for a warmer day to go outside because I have asthma which is aggravated by cold air.

    How are you doing on your 5K program? Did you do the walk program first? Have you ever completed a 5K? I highly recommend doing an actual 5K race...it is sooo much fun! I wrote a blog about my first 5K called "3 Miles of Road and a Spark" incase you would like to read it.
