Busy schedules have left us grabbing whatever's quickest and easiest. Some days we manage to be healthy, others, not so much. My goal is to take small steps to make my family healthier, and set a great example for my children (8 and 2) as they grow up.

    A big hello and welcome to Sparks. I hope your journey here will be a blessing to you. I have almost been here a year and I'm still loving it. There is a lot of info you will recieve and friends waiting to be made to help encourage you along the way. Try not to let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks before you feel like you know what your doing. No question is a dumb question. We all had to ask a lot of them. Stay focused, it is a long journey.
