My breaking point happened when I went to a water park with my kids over summer 2016. I weighed 266 lbs. Climbing up the stairs was an issue, getting in and out of the tubes for the water slides was an issue. I didn't want that anymore! I didn't realize that my weight had gotten so out of control until that point. Not anymore! I'm done with the fat me!

My Goals:
I want to be around to see both of my kids graduate from college and have babies of their own.
I want to be able to wear cute clothes again. Nothing in the 2X or 3X category is very flattering or comfortable.
I want to be strong!
I once was a size 7 and weighed 130 lbs. I would love to be back there again. This time I'm doing it right!
Starting weight: 266 (09/12/16)
1st goal: 255 (achieved 9/26/16)
2nd goal: 245 (achieved 4/8/2017)
3rd goal: 235
4th goal: 225
5th goal: 215
6th goal: 200
My Program:
Exercise: Lots of walking! Maybe some strength training when I can manage. Going to the gym most days to get some cardio in.
Nutrition: Portion control, lower calories, and awareness of what is going into my face!
