To a Healthy and Fit Retirement


I am newly retired at 64 and my goal is towards a fitter and healthier life style. I am the grandmother of two (one more on the way) and am finding that somehow little kids seem to be more active and faster than they were when I was raising my two or maybe it is just that I have really slowed down.

I would like to achieve a weight loss of approx. 30 lbs to get back to where I was ten years ago.

    It was wonderful to get your note. I am glad you were only deterred by important things like grandchildren and not too much work. Lots has been happening around here. You will have to read my Year in Review Blog if I don't take it down. I think it sounds too depressing. On the upside, I enjoy living with my daughter and granddaughter and DH is doing much better with his children. I have retired and lost 50 pounds too. Helping Son and DIL move into a larger house about like yours I think. They had another baby a year and a half ago, so I have another grandson.
