    I wish that you could come hiking with me... emoticon I hope that you had a really fabulous day today! Don't smoke! emoticon and remember this...when you hear yourself say...just this once...or just one. It is never one...you never get enough of what you don't want. Also...they say it takes 30 days to break a habit. Smoking is an addiction...it doesn't get easier for years. Like three at least. Day 1,000 is just as hard as day 1..maybe harder. I just want you to know this when you think that 1 won't hurt, it will. Give them up and be done with them, you will be thankful a few years down the road. You might find another habit to replace it with..like walking. But then again, who am I to say. I was hiking up a steep hill in my fancy new trail-runners a while back,...one step as tough to manage as the next...when this guy came running past me in flip flops smoking a cigarette...I started laughing...I had to hike the rest of the way while smelling his smoke, and all I could think of was flip flops? Really? emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
