Introduction Text Welcome to my Spark page, In 2006 a family member told me about this great site "SparkPeople" I joined, it was in 2007 that I became an active member. SparkPeople has given me the opportunity to be a Team Leader on several teams, and that further motivated me to challenge myself and help motivate others!
