    Hi! Showing your Nutrition Tracker is easy...

    At the top of your SparkPage - towards the right - click on the box that ways "Edit My SparkPage. then in the white box above you have options. At the right where it says, More Options, ear the end of the list is Share My Food Tracker and Share My Fitness Tracker. Just click to share them and scroll to the bottom of your page and click Save My Changes.

    Once this is done, on the right-hand side of your SparkPage, you'll see a tab that reads, "Shared Food & Fitness Trackers".

    I'm so happy to see your SP as it is such a great help. I'm the mother of 5 children and until I was 41 and had my last child, I was thin. Since then I have yo-yo'd and now I found this wonderful FREE site and I'm sure I'll get back to my real self. I know you can do that, too. It is just one day at a time and starting FRESH each morning, working toward a healthy lifestyle.
