Fitness Minutes: 59,665

My Goals:
I will get to the healthiest weight and fitness level of my adult life and maintain it for the rest of my life.

My Program:
 atkins with DH--currently in ongoing weight loss. a bit challenging since I don't eat a lot of meat, but I do like fish. running (currently 2-ish miles 3 days a week) and total gym, with walking on the off days. I do a lot of work outside and throw clay too--which can be physically a bit of a workout.


Personal Information:
i live in northern indiana

Other Information:
 i am an individualist person--self directed and somewhat solitary. Love the outdoors and the company of plants and animals. Married for what seems like forever to my true soulmate and feel very blessed to have found him. Love to work with my hands and spend most of my time sunburnt and dirty.

    Hi there! Yes, the temps have risen a bit. Today it's nice and sunny and 37. Their saying rain and in the 50's by Friday, then more articles air. Knitting Group WAS fun!!

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. Now, all I have to do is keep those ideas in mind. Sometimes they take a backseat in my life and I just plod along, forgetting to have a bit of fun along the way. My stepmother is getting more and more uncommunicative and I think Dad gets depressed about how things are in his life. DH is less and less mobile so with all that, it's hard to think of myself. Frustrating too since I do need to spend time healing from my surgery yet.

    Are you getting a nice streak of warmish weather? It feels so good after that frigid stuff.

    Keeping the layers of clothes handy here, the sun is shining but it means nothing with the windchill. We can turn our freezer off in the garage and open the door to save energy. We keep our leftovers out there as well this time of year. Hoping you all are safe there. hugs.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog!! This has been a stretch of cold, hasn't it. Our cat hugs the space heater we keep in one room of the house noted for its chill. He becomes like a brick you might put in the fireplace and then in your bed to warm it up. Extra hugs for the cat these days.
