My Program:
 diet;
drink a glass of water every before meal.
eat 1500-1800 meal
no sodas,sweets, less carb,junk food,no white rice
eat lots of veges and vegetble
whole wheat foods

fitness;
jogging atleast 1 hour
moving whole day
jillian michael 30 days shred
