Good for you for choosing to start over, as you shared in your status message. It's one of the great things meditation teaches us: we will lose focus, we will get distracted, we will get off track, and when we recognize that's what we've done, we simply refocus our attention back where we want it and do the next intentional thing--whether observing the next breath, or making a healthy choice.
