    Thanks for the food suggestions! I need to make some more jjello today. I ran out :(

    So far (luckily), II'm not missing bread& pasta too much. I read a recipie for mac& cheese that involved shirataki noodles, heavy cream& cheddar. I've been meaning to try it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

    Right now, my target is to stay under 20g. Ideally, 15-20 for now, until I am ready to play with adding things back. I've added in nuts already, but I have a hard time going from "little carbs" to "some carbs." It seems like I can easily go from "little carbs" to "whoa jammama no more ketosis" carbs, so I'm a little nervous. So paranoid, in fact, that I'm pretty sure I'm way below my carb levels, but I haven't been using my usual app to track, so my numbers are kind of vague. As long as I'm in ketosis, that's all I'm worrying about right now.

    I think I have some of those dole dippers in the freezer, ... well, not the strawberry. Banana. I got them way back when and never got a chance to try them :X

    BTW, your color scheme for some reason makes my words in the comment box grey on light blue, so sorry for the typos! I can't see what I'm writing. lol

    Of the other you mentioned, I know I've tried the ravioli and the lasagna. The pasta itself was good, but the lean cuisine tomato sauce tastes really weird and sweet to me. I'm not even Italian, but I'm apparently a sauce snob. Lol

    I was getting frustrated& tired of fighting my sugar/carb craving so to "restart" things and get the weight loss going again, I decided to go low carb for a month or two until I had some self control again.

    The pee strips tell you whether or not you are in ketosis. It's a state where your body is burning it's fat stores for energy instead of glucose from carbs. When there are ketones present, you are in ketosis! I use ketostixnto keep a eye on things. If I have too many carbs, I'll get kicked out of ketosis, so I pee on things and hope they change color XD

    I figure once I get over my awful cravings, I'll go back to low cal/ everything in moderation, but I just couldn't control myself& decided to do something drastic to change things up for a little while
