    That's a great question! And for a long time I did think that was part of the issue, and my whole reason for following the "unleash your thin" program. There is a whole track on one of the cds dedicated to loving yourself enough to want to take care of yourself, and I totally get that. However, on the health side of the issue, that was my true wake-up call when I injured my ankle, which then affected my knee, and then eventually on up to my hip and lower back. I was a mess last year health wise, and all due to the weight. I've come to the conclusion over the past few weekends that ours, mine and my husbands, life style has to change even on the weekends. We have to start saying no to going out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! We did great for the past seven months, and the $$$ we saved was an added bonus. Now however, we're starting to fall back into the same routine, as I see it happening, only this time, I am choosing not to ignore it because I don't want to undo all that I've accomplished. UGH! As I'm typing this to you, my husband is accepting dinner plans with friends to go out for pizza! We just came back from a 45 minute walk up-hill, all the while I went on, and on about how we can't get back into that cycle! Talk about in one ear and out the other! My desire for a healthy weight, and pain free joints has to be stronger than my desire for pizza, and right now I'm hungry.

    Hi CJ!

    did you see on the SparkCoach settings that you can switch programs from Diet, to Plateau busting, to motivation & consistency? I just noticed that a few days ago. I'm terrible at reading things through. I still need the Diet portion, and the plateau is my own doing at this point, so I think I need to work on motivation and consistency. I haven't tracked anything all week.

    I had a meeting yesterday with the "Fat Loss" coach at the gym I belong to. I think that this is what I've come to. I really need someone to scare the pounds off me!

    Thanks for the calming and peaceful goodie! It worked because my lunch went very well and we actually had fun! Days like this make me think that the friends thing is going to work after all.

    Seriously, CJ? Wow! No, I didn't know that, but it's awesome. Yep, I'm a raw beginner, but I play in a Ladies league and I love it! I've only been golfing now for 2 years. This season coming up will be my third in the GAL League.

    Man, now I really do feel like we're sisters from another mister! emoticon
