Believe me, when I first started out I couldn't do a lot of the exercises I do now! Especially the bosu...I couldn't even get up on the black side. It all comes with practice. I hated burpees at first too but even if you do them slow, you are still doing it. I like the burpee because it is a full body workout move! 3379 days ago
Maybe we should make a fitness date instead of a restaurant!! I'm on a roll and want to limit my "outside" eating however, if we found a park or something half way in between us we could walk some miles and then eat some egg whites and turkey sausage!! 3535 days ago

Hey, I didn't know you were sparking!! A reverse plank is being on all fours with your head facing up, hands angled towards your feet (I think), and heels up. Look on youtube, they should have an example. 3535 days ago
