Some of you know me, some of you don't. My name is Christi. I'm 33. I have a husband, 2 kids and three dogs. I work, I go to school, I volunteer and I am sublimely happy.

HOWEVER, so that I can live a long, long life this way, I need to get healthy. I have been trying for years...trying and falling, getting back up, falling back down, getting back up. I always eventually get back up. So this is me getting back up AGAIN.

My friends on this site come and go. Like me, they fall and get up and eventually, I guess some get tired of falling and I don't hear from them. That's ok. I can relate.

Feel free to drop me a line if you would like to motivate one another!

My Goals:
To lose 30 lbs and form healthier habits.

To lose at least 5 lbs per month in order ot reach my goal of weighing 150 by February 23rd.

My Program:
Attempt to eat between 1300-1500 cals per day but not beat myself up and despair if I go over.

Try to get ATLEAST 10min of cardio activity into each day.

Drink 8 glass of water or sugar free beverages per day.
