Hi, I am so excited. I am looking forward to discovering who I am and what I can accomplish! I have to keep in mind I am important and no matter what challanges come my way I can do this! It just takes time and I cannot allow myself to quit!

Fitness Minutes: 46,100

My Goals:
1.log all my food on here and stay in range. have a fruit or veggie with every meal. Calories 1300-1500
2. eat 75-100 grams of protein
3. drink at least 64 ounces of water
4. check with my Teams daily.
5. Read as many blogs as possible daily
6. Weigh in and measure on Saturdays.
7. to remember that I am worth all the effort. I don't need anyones approval I am wonderfully made by God and he loves me no matter what. So I should love me too!

My Program:
30-45 minutes of cadio a day (walking, recumbent bike, elliptical, DVD's)

strength training (M, W, F) upper & (T, Th, Sat lower)
hand weights and medicine ball

Personal Information:
I have been married to a wonderful man for 29 years, our son is 26 with Aspergers, and our 23 year old daughter has type 1 diabeties.

With that being said I haven't done so well taking care of myself. But this is the time I am going to find out what I am made of and become my own best friend!

Other Information:
I love to craft- knitting, sewing, crocheting, card making, and bead work. I love to read. I am of the Southern Baptist faith and love my church family.

As of Spring 2013 I am also a college student. 2015 Still in college. 2016 graduated!

My main support for weightloss on here on Sparkpeople. My Husband and kids say they support me but bring in the wrong food and don't encourage my workouts.
