Introduction Text My name is Cindi, and i am a 49yr old Mom of 4. Three boys ages 27,14& 15 and a girl who is 16. I have been battling my weight ever since i hit puberty, and with each kid came more pounds. There are so many things i want to do with my kids that my weight prevents! I really want to make it work this time!

My long term goal is to lose 200#, i don't really want to be skinny, just healthy. My short term goal is to get under the 325 mark, hopefully by the end of this year.

I am making small changes like drinking more water, and keeping my calories down under 2000, eating more veggies and getting some exercise even if it exhausts me!

I live in beautiful western Michigan just 15 miles from the sand dunes and gorgeous lake michigan! I love scrapbooking, and i hope to one day not be absent from all the pages i create becasue i hate having my picture taken in the shape i am in!
