My Goals:
I have already met the goal of getting rid of high blood pressure, diabetes and sleep apnea from my life. I no longer take any prescription medication and am beginning to live life to it's fullest.

My Program:
 I watch everything that I eat. My protein intake minimum is 80 grams daily; however, I strive for 100 grams. Protein first at every meal. No drinking with meals and I wait at least 30 minutes after my meal before I take a drink.

My name is Christy. I live in Tampa, Florida. I had RNY Bypass surgery on August 27, 2009. I have lost a total of 172 pounds to date. Goal Met! Now I weigh less than my goal and am still going strong!

    Christy you must be so very proud of your accomplishment. emoticon It is one thing for the surgery to be successful, but without your determination and follow through, it would have been for naught.
