    Thanks for visiting my Sparks page and for your compliments. This is very much appreciated. For me, if I eat low on the range one day then high on the range the next day, it does seem to work and I dont get toooo hungry, lol. I feel like I am treating myself to eat at the high end. But what has really worked for me and my weight loss is lots of exercise. Walking back and forth to work and swimming and weights three times a week. Good luch with your journey.

    Thanks for the comments on my page. You asked about calorie range. I keep between 1200-1500 calories and usually it is right around 1300. I think I need to lower it a little as I haven't lost any since Thanksgiving. That and pick up on the exercise. I also try to keep things that are triggers for me out of the house (like Hershey kisses) and I drink lots and lots of water and tea. Good luck on losing it. You can do it, you just have to get the mind set that you are really doing it no matter what and overlook everyone and everything around you. My husband was my biggest hurdle but once I told him flat out no more, he has joined me in this journery and has lost quite a bit himself. So just keep on plugging away. Hug.s Barb
