    It's a lot easier if you come to the site every day. Keep up with your food tracking (and stay within the limits). Join the 10 minute per day group and start a streak to see how many days you can continue to exercise. Finally, commit to writing a blog per day... it will help keep you going, at least it did for me.

Start taking small steps: use the nutrition and fitness tracker and track everything you eat and exercise. Track for a couple of days a week until you get the hang of it. Soon you will be tracking every day and seeing results. Join a team of your interest. There you will get more support from people who share that common interest.
