    One day at a time! If you find yourself "eating bad" don't beat yourself up, just begin again. I know how you feel though. As soon as I put something sweet in my mouth I want more!!!! The more carbs I eat the more I crave! It's horrible! I'm trying to meal plan - do my cooking on the weekend so everything is ready to just pop in the microwave and eat. I find that if I keep myself busy I don't want to cave in to the cravings.

    Congratulations on the birth of your son! I'm sure he keeps you busy! I always find it more difficult to lose the weight in the colder weather. I don't get enough exercise when I'm cooped up in the house. I have't been going to my exercise classes either. I'm so wiped from work I just want to veg. Can't even take the dog for a walk. She is recouperating from ACL surgery :( I need to get in a better frame of mind. HELP!!!!!!
