TEAM-SARAH
Thanks for your suggestions about the "Lose to Win" in my blog. I think I've got some really great suggestions to help make this awesome. There's only so much control I have over anything related to the price or how they want to give out prizes. I think that the weekly weigh-ins earn you the opportunity to raffle for prizes so it's incentive to keep coming and participating and weighing in weekly. Then I am thinking the WINNERS of the weigh ins can get free half hour PT sessions to help them for the next week.
It's 50 dollars for members, if you are a non-member it is 99 dollars, though then you couldn't win the overall prize of PT because only someone who's a member would be able to use that PT throughout the year. Weekly prizes and workouts and weigh ins are nice though... especially to carry people who don't really go to the gym a bit through the winter without having to commit to a gym they wont use when it gets nice again. For you, with all your biking and soccer you hardly need a gym when it's nice out.
If you want to do it I can definitely give you more information when we get more official details on the program from coporate. It will be done at all gyms, so while it'd be cool if you came to mine, there might be a more convenient location for you. Maybe something near school. There are a couple downtown area locations.... Union Station and somewhere in the South Loop I know for sure. 4062 days ago
