I feel like this is a crucial time here. Blood pressure going up, number of lupus meds going up, weight going up . . . something needs to start coming down very soon . . .

My Goals:
My main goal is to feel better - I'm eating healthier, losing weight, and exercising to achieve that very important goal. Side goal is to decrease the dose and number of meds necessary to treat my lupus and the various medication side effects.



My Program:
 Tracking, tracking, tracking! Sharing all that information to keep myself accountable. I know what to do, I just have to do it!

mom of two kids and wife of fellow SP-er jobu98.
