Hello and welcome to my page!
I joined SP when I entered college in 2006 because I wanted to feel comfortable with myself again and feel confident around my friends who were at healthy weights. Fast forward to a few too many years later and I'm still here trying to lose the weight. Thankfully, I was only at my highest weight of 150 pounds once for a very short period of time, however I've yet to adopt the lifestyle change to keep most of the weight that I've lost in the past off. This time around, my focus is on eating healthy and getting fit, knowing that weight loss is bound to follow, no matter how slowly. I'm looking forward to having an awesome body shaped by Jillian Michaels since I workout to her DVDs 5-6 times/week. She's a huge inspiration for me, no matter how much she kicks my butt ;)

My passions are learning about different cultures, volunteering and the environment. I'm proud and grateful to be serving my third year as an environmental Peace Corps volunteer in Panama.
