My Goals:
Goals: to watch less t.v. To stop drinking coffee. To get down to 130 pounds by January. To move. To find a new job. To publish my poetry. To exercise 15 minutes a day. To wash my dishes after I eat supper.
My Program:
Monday:
Yourself Fitness DVD (upper body)
Tuesday nights: Ashtanga yoga (includes 15 minute walk there and back).
Wednesday:
Yourself fitness DVD (lower body emphasis)
Friday:
Yourself fitness DVD
(cardio emphasis)
Walk 1/2 hour on my lunch period every day
Saturday:
Bike Ride
Get the bus one stop after my regular bus stop every morning, and get off the bus one stop before my regular bus stop on the way home.
Personal Information:
Optimistic about internet tools to help weight loss.
