I started on here Sunday. I lost 5 pounds this week to by following the diet they gave me and doing the exercises . I was only supposed to do strength training and cardio 3 times a week but I was pretty excited and I do cardio every day and I SWEAT!!!! I did change my calorie intake because it was 1600 to 1800 and I just felt like it was too much. Last year my sugar went up and my dr. gave me a diabetic diet to go on and I lost 14 lbs the month he had me on it. I use that to base my food choices on, I try to only have 5 servings of starches daily. I also love to do the walk away the pounds videos. my bp meds are Benazepril and Metoprolol with a fluid pill extra. I was taking a whole Benazepril but passed out at work because I lost some weight and it was too strong for me so now I take a 1/2. I am hoping that I can quit taking it all together. 3567 days ago

This is so funny, I was trying to figure out how to add you to my friend list so I could keep up with your weight loss, I think it is just so awesome. It is funny too because I am also 43 and I work as a pre-school assistant and have 2 stepsons (21 and 16) And a niece Heather. we were meant to be support for each other I'm thinking!!! how have you lost your weight, what exercises do you do? 3568 days ago
