My Goals:
Would like to get down to 160 and eventually 140. I want to feel better! I'm 42 now and really don't want to spend the rest of my life in this shape!!

My Program:
 I am changing my eating habits, taking healthier foods to work and trying not to eat in the evenings. I'm also trying to drink more water!! I've been getting more active as well but this continues to be a struggle for me.


Personal Information:
I am the mother of 3; Brittany - 21, Kristen - 18, and Alex - 14. This year my husband and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary! I am a PSA (teacher's assistant) at Liverpool Regional High School. I wanted to lose my weight before turning 40 but only lost 12 lbs. Then summer hit and that ended. I put some of that weight back on but now I'm ready to take it off again and more, this time I want to reach my goal and never go back !!
