It's me again! Trying and trying one of these times it will stick and I won't look back and see it has been literally months since I have Sparked!
Since I was last on regularly Sparking I finally got a new job! Which is wonderful! I will miss the good parts of veterinary work but the lows were just too low for me.SO back to my new job I am working in the financial end of human medicine. Mostly processing payments and filing mail. MY favorite part of the building I am working in is just outside my office is a water machine with crushed ice! I KNOW that shouldn't be as exciting as it is but hey it is keeping me happy!
Also the building is very large and one lap is a quarter mile, and they encourage us to get out there and walk the track on our breaks which I have been taking advantage of.
There are also weight loss incentives and things so all these things are looking good for a fitter me!

My Goals:
*lose 50 lbs by my 50th birthday
*educate myself more on health, nutrition and fitness
*learn how to help others to reach their goals
*Help my husband lose weight
*learn how to become a published writer

My Program:
is to stick to my walking program and improve my speed and distance
eat smaller portions and be more mindful of what I eat
track both food and exercise
and read an article or part of a book that will help me reach my goal at least 3 times a week,

Personal Information:
My name is Cherie Putterman and I live in a suburb of Milwaukee Wi. I have been fighting weight problems.addictive personality and an over eating disorder as long as I can remember.
I have 6 wonderful children who I love and am very proud of. I work as a veterinary receptionist and most days I love it. I have a lot of pets of my own 2 dogs, a cat, and 8 rats.
I love reading,writing, kayaking and hiking although my weight has been getting in the way lately and the latter of the 2 make me feel like I am dying when I do them.

Other Information:
I am so happy to be part of Sparkpeople, I have come back so many times and each time I find friendship and support. If I would learn to not turn my back (or not turn off the computer notifications) I know I would find my way to my goals!
