    My plan right now is to run the 26.2 with Donna (Jacksonville) in Feb 2013. I did this marathon this year and loved it so much that I want to do it again :-) Plus the weather is good in Feb here in FL. The marathon's tend to cluster around Nov-Feb here. I should probably look at some out of state options but I tend to do all my racing locally. I've looked at the Smart Coach and it looks very personalized. Maybe I'll try using that for one of my half's coming up in Oct/Nov.

    How did your race go, Kate? Did you do the half? Josh mentioned that they closed the race course after 2 and a half hours. What a bummer!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon Aloha! I just stopped by your BLC team page and couldn't help but notice your post. You are absolutely right; if you are racing this weekend, this WILL be a difficult challenge for you to participate in 110% and yet there are blocks that you absolutely CAN check off and will leave you feeling that you did participate and help your team out so don't despair! Get that pre-space worked and look at the ones you CAN do and know that you ARE participating. We're all about participation and not perfection!

    I am so not a runner. I was a marathon WALKING coach. My husband, otoh is a triathlete. Iceland sounds AMAZING! I'd love to hear more about your journey. You have come a LONG way.
