I'm a 54 year old nanny. I lost my husband Sunday afternoon. We were Both cuddly people. I am having trouble eating. So right now eating enough and healthy is important. We had 21 years together. I am missing him but I promised him I would live and thrive. This is my grieving process. I have 3 dogs then I can walk daily. It's not an easy thing to do. I work 4 days a week. 11 hours a day. My plan is to eat 3 meals A-day between the hours of 830 and 430 And walk a minimum of 2 miles 3 days to 4 days a week. Swimming on weekends. It isn't much more than I am doing now. I do want to include strength training. I have done this a few times before with my husband. But as he was medically fragile. I wanted to spend more time with him then getting healthy.
