I am a nanny right now full time and I work in a farm area. Toddler naps for 2 -3 hours a day and the family has a wii and a DVD, and a VHS. I love pulling baby in the wagon for 1 mile, or walking him in the stroller around the area-which could be around 4 miles in the am. We love walking around all the animals counting and feeding them in the afternoon.. While he naps I try to get in any kind of exercise. On the weekends I work nights and try to do house cleaning, and meal planning for both houses.

My Goals:
I have over 105 pounds to loose but my goals are 40 lbs at a time. I want to have energy and my pride in my endurance back!!

My Program:
I am working on trying to eat 4 meals a day. I would like the planning to be so much easier and the cooking to be simple and fast. My addiction to fast/fried foods is a real problem.

Personal Information:
I am 47 and live close to San Francisco. I have a husband and 3 furry canine children ages 1, 7 and 12. My 3 Godchildren are the joys in our lives. I have been overweight since 12 and have lost significant weight twice. Not in the last 12 years since I have been married. In the last 12 years those around me have been very ill and some have died. Health and money issues are serious and overwhelming and all consuming. To take time and money to do this is a huge strain but a needed and wanted one. The benefits of less weight and the promise of better health for hubby especially out weighs anything else. I want him around forever!!!

Other Information:
I love games, walking, reading, and talking.
