I am a 39 years old (what?!? when did that happen?!?) and have struggled with my weight for more than 30 years. I am happily married with 5 fur-ball kitties, and I love all 6 of them more than I can express. After so many years of trying to loose the weight, I realized I need a different approach. It had to stop being a race. I had to stop beating myself up for not being perfect, and I had to start loving me for me, right now. Not waiting until who I thought I should be to be accepting of myself. It took me almost two years to get there, but I am finally in a place where I can make this work. I hope you have found your place too.

My Goals:
Goal Outline from 4/13/16 Blog:

1. Back to pre-sick weight (270) - DONE
NSV goal = get to 5k steps per day, consistently - pretty much there

2. Wedding Day Weight (242) - 25.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = to get into my dress, just for fun!)

3. RunDisney Tower of Terror 10 Miler Weight (230) - 37.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = be able to walk/jog 10 miles per week

4. GO from Extremely Obese to just plain Obese (220) - 47.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = Be back to weight / strength training 2 - 3 times a week

5. Lowest Adult Weight (202) - 65.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = sign up to do a 5K for the first time since 2013

6. Onderland!! (199) - 68.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = jog a 5k without having to walk

7. Just Because (181) - 86.5 pounds to go
NSV goal =

8. Go from Obese to Overweight (163) - 104.5
NSV goal =

9. Actual Goal (150??) - 117.5 pounds to go

My Program:
Right now, everything in moderation and in my calorie range. Cutting out soda and reducing overly processed foods. 5+ F&V a day and 10+ water. Working to stay on track while adjusting to new meds that make me want to eat.



Personal Information:
From Hawaii, also bounced between SoCal & Cleveland, OH, living in the CLE... for now. Trying to convince hubby that it's time for warmer weather.
