    Hi Girl.... hope your week has been going well. It's getting harder to stay on track with the food, but I'm trying. It's also gotten really hot (over 90) with high humidity so really hard to make myself go walking after work. ) : I am thinking of joining "Planet Fitness". Signed my daughters up and it was cheap. They keep it nice and cool in there. I might have to do it just to be able to keep exercising. I can't take the heat. It is certainly not kind to polar bears like me.

    Thanks for stopping by my page. Yes, the looser waistbands are such a relief. It was really getting bad, and I have so many clothes in a variety of sizes (well, the smaller ones were so OLD I finally got rid of most of them!) - just don't want to waste money buying more. I have plenty! I just need to be a bit smaller to enjoy them. If I can just manage to lose 10 or 20 more it would open up a whole new world. Of course that's just the tip of the iceberg, but still. Sure would be nice.

    Hi! LTGL is Living the Good Life! It is a part of our weekly challenge. Besides post exercise minutes you will have point to post for LTGL. At the beginning of each challenge week, our destination and LTGL will be posted. LTGL can be any number of things. We may have to track water, sleep, or fruits and veggies (freggies!). Or we might have to do a spark video every day for a week. When the challenge begins and the destination is posted the week's Living the Good life will be there too. It is usually explained in detail as to what you need to do for the week to earn extra points for the team.

    I think what the 5% challenge wants us to do on the Spark page is write our commitment and try to be specific on your cardio and strength training plan and your nutritional plan. Have a good challenge. Shirley
