Introduction Text My name is Cathy I am 33 and have 3 boys and a wonderful husband. Spark people has been a big part of my life since August 13,2006. I have my ups and my downs. The 2nd time I came back to Spark people I lost 25lbs. I did gain all that weight back plus another 10lbs from my original weight I was when I started Spark people. Right now I am on a Doctor monitored diet. I go and weigh in once a month. I have had great success with this. It has helped me change my way of thinking, eating , and physical activity. I also include all the tools I learned here to help me reach my goals. For the first time in 5yrs I am under 200lbs. I am excited to see this day come. I know once I reach all my goals my whole life will be different. My BMI is at 26.1 which is a healthy weight. So I've gone from obese to overweight to healthy weight in just 9mos. What a great feeling. My health and my kids are my biggest reason for wanting to get this weight off. I am thinking of my future and don't want to have all the health problems that come with being over weight at an older age. I am in my 30's and this is the best time to lose the weight. I am done having kids and now its time to think about my health and well being. If I don't lose the weight now I will never do it and I won't be able to keep up with my kids and all the activities they will be involved in. Its my turn to shine and feel good about myself.......

Short term goal: To be to my goal of 150lbs by July of 09. Mid Term: To continue to workout once I reach my goal. Long Term: Be able to maintain at 150lbs and maybe lose another 10lbs if I feel I need to.

Hip Hop abs and Tae bo 5-6x a wk 45-60 min a day. Working out has been the best thing I have ever physically done in my whole life. Wish I had always been this motvated.

I didn't put this weight on over night and its not gonna come off over nite. just take it 1 day at a time.
