Introduction Text =) Hi, So as I am looking at this site more and more I'm lovin' it. I love things like this that encourage me to and help me to continue to take better care of myself. About me, well I LOVE life, everything about it (the up's and down's). I like to spend time reading, spiritual and motivational books especially. I like the outdoors and am always up for new adventures. I am a Substance Abuse Counslor and LOVE my job. I never imagined me saying at the end of the day "already, I have so much more to do, and asking my boss if she'll stay a lil' later." I love helping people, we all have so much to offer to this world and I want to make a difference. Well thanks for visiting me and hope to hear from ya. My goals? I like setting goals, my sturggle? Going from setting to ACCOMPLISHED! Well my goals are to get healthier, and lose wieght while at it. =) I hope to be successful. How? Setting the big picture (losing 15-20lbs), then making littler goals such as, keeping myself motivated through reading cool blogs etc and chit chatting with my cuz. Then going from exercising 3 days to 5/6 a week and of course managing my food and eating healthy.
