    Hi there, I came to your page cuz of your Pina Colada blog post. I see by your "current status" that today is your 4th day of tracking with the nutrition tracker.

    I have found the nutrition tracker to be the most effective weapon in my arsenal. Today marks my 419th day in a row of tracking. I have found it easier to manage if I plan and enter my meals a few days in advance. That way I can clearly see my plan and stick to it. Also, I don't have to try to recall what I ate and/or go running to the tracker after every meal. Good luck to you!
