My Program:
I need to drink more water, watch my portions, and exercise more consistently. I need to get control of my overeating and to learn to have a healthy relationship with food.

I need to eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats (and legumes).

I plan on staying within my calorie range.

I plan on moving my body every day.

I am following recommendations for eating with hypothyroidism. 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat.

My stats (Ugh!!)
Height: 5'5"
Current weight: 221
BMI: 35 (obese)
Body Fat Percentage: over 40%

1st goal -- lose 10% of my body weight (20 pounds).


Other Information:
I must create a calorie deficit of 210,000 calories to get to my goal weight... Watch me go.

    I am really enjoying the Full Plate Diet. I have a huge variety of food and am never hungry. Breakfast Challenge this week - oatmeal, raspberries & chopped walnuts with milk about 392 calories and you are off to a great start for the day!
