I struggle all the time on losing, even more now that I work all day. My job is a sit down job. I currently weigh about 151.4, I was 163 so I am losing. I still have a ways to go. I am what you call a Sugaraholic. I really need to start controlling that. My Mom is Diabetic and I really don't want to get there. My Dad recently passed away, it's amazing how I my body has already changed since the day after. My daughter had prom the next day. I had to suck it up for her and shut my emotions off. It was really a hard day but, I did it. Everything I do, only makes me stronger. I have a fan page on facebook called: Balance your life now, check it out! It's for motivation.

My goal would be to weigh 130 which is alittle more than what I weighed when I got married. I want to feel good, look good and just be happier and healthier.

My Goals:
To feel better everyday and to make a diffence in others lives so, they feel better to.

Lose 20 lbs and keep it off. Which is hard to do.

Drink more water.



Eat better

My Program:
Eating within calorie range or points range of spark people. I am gonna see what works best. Exercise atleast 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. Drink lots of water.

5 lbs: Coffee from Bigby
10 lbs: buy 3 shirts
15 lbs: Buy 2 pairs jeans
20 lbs: Pedicure
25 lbs: Buy 5 sweaters
30 lbs: Go on a expensive date with hubby

Personal Information:
I am from the northern state of Michigan. The seasons are beautiful here. I love the changes. I grew up in Texas and miss the warm weather though. I am a people person but, have been home way to much and need to get out. I am working on that daily. I love my family and friends. They are my life.

Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to keep busy. I also love to read self help books and am addicted to magazines. I watch Joyce Meyer's almost everyday. She is my motivation daily. She's AWESOME. I have a few t.v. addicted shows but, only watch them at night. Otherwise I would get nothing done during the day. I enjoy spending time with my friends.

    So it's been awhile since I have been on. My Dad passed away on May 17th 2013. I still have been working on losing but, it's been slowly. I have motivation as my daughter is getting married in August of 2014. Looking forward to the journey with everyone! Let's do this!

    Sorry to hear about your dad. That is so hard. It's funny how things like exercise which would actually help us with our stress is often the first thing to go when the stress starts piling up.

    Okay, you exercise better this week, and I'll track my food intake and see how we do.

    Do you find WW online to make you more accountable than SP? I did WW but it was a long time ago and I never really got into it and can't remember if it has anything to offer that SP doesn't have.

    Yes, I thought I needed to send you another message since it had been a few days.

    I must confess I haven't been doing too great. I have been exercising sporadically and eating calorie levels for maintenance not for weight loss. My husband is out of town and that just throws my routine out the window.

    Normally he gets up at 5:00 to exercise. Then when he comes home at 6:30 I get up and go running. So not having him around to get me out of bed resulted in my not doing much. I really need that little bit of encouragement from him to get going in the mornings.

    Anyway, my scale has been stuck at 145 for the last three weeks. I'm not happy with that.

    But in good news, I ran/walked my 5K this morning in 45 minutes when it took me 60 minutes 4 weeks ago. It's still a slow time, but so much better for me that I'm proud I'm making progress.

    Hubby's back in town, so hopefully I'll get back on track next week.
