I am starting a journey I have started several times before, but never seemed to stick it out. This time I'm ready. It's time for big changes made by small steps. I'm going to do that here.

Fitness Minutes: 2,833

My Goals:
Long term: Get to about 170 pounds. Run a 5K. Find a job that makes me happy. Find love again.

Medium term: Get to 250 lb. by end of December. Exersice at least 5 times a week. Improve my diet by learning to eat better.

My Program:
 Logging food on Spark people.

Got my bike out of the basement and bought some good walking shoes.

Veggies and fruits now instead of chips and crackers and stuff.


Personal Information:
I am a serious Cleveland Browns fan. I love Bichons Frise dogs, mine's name is Tucker! I'm a Democrat and proud of it! I have been laid off since October 2009. NE Ohio is a bad place to be looking for a job!

Other Information:
 What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
