do a google search of low carb almond meal pancakes and use that one substitute half with coconut flour....yum I think it is 1 cup almond meal, two eggs, two tbs oil, and 1/4 water? even without coconut flour it was great and I use them for kinda flat bread. The recipie says for six but it only made four for me and they are suppose to be 1 net carb after fiber is taken out. You can also add a splenda packet if you like it sweeter but I didnt and just used the splenda polaner jelly...enjoy! have a great day 3656 days ago
