    I just bought the 30 Day Shred today, along with a yoga mat and free weights haha. Hopefully it will work...i need some ass kicking right now! The diet thing is super hard...i love to cook. I just need to get control of it and just think that i'll eat whatever I'm dying for at the moment later down the road...so why should i have to eat that (chocolate muffin) right now! Good luck to you let me know how you are doing on the 30 day shred!

    That's so nice of you to say (Skinny!) hehe. I'm actually 156lbs and I'm 5'6 and a half, so pretty much 5'7. Reading that you don't think I look 148 even is music to my ears and motivation for me to keep my a$$ in gear and not slack so I can keep it up. I'd really like to be at 150. For motivation, this is definitely THE place to be. There are so many people on this site that I'm like "Ok, umm..WOW!" It really gets me in gear to get my butt to the gym when I'm dragging at work and soooooooooooooooooooo tired. I do really well with goals and deadlines. So like for me, I HAVE to run on the treadmill or outside cause I have a 5K in March and I'm trying to beat my previous time. Also strength training my legs and core are important to meeting that goal, so I tell myself, I'll do at least 15 minutes and if I wanna go home, I'll go home, but usually, I'm already into it so I do it for like 30 minutes. Then I tan :) Its my reward, haha. My advice to you would be pick up a good workout magazine, like OXYGEN(my FAV!!) and they usually have ST routines for beginners or just to get an idea of a routine. You really have to do what's best for you and what works, cause you don't wanna just be going through the motions you know? I've been there, and fell out of my ST routine. I'd only do the treadmill, tan and go home, but I talked to a fellow sparker who looks smokin and she helped me get a very basic st routine that I could do in like 30 minutes. She also helped me realize that you have to be careful and not do too much Cardio cause you can start to burn muscle instead of fat, which is a major no no on wanting to be toned. But I'm rambling :) Anytime you need some help thinking of some stuff you could do for ST let me know. Do you have access to a gym or do you workout from home?
    The vegan/vegitarian lifestyle, I've heard GREAT things about it. I mean a lot of celebs credit their body to it. Like Carrie Underwood, I'd LOVE her legs, she was talking about that. Sometimes, I just HAVE to have red meat, but for the most part I eat chicken and fish.
