I used to be the "buff" girl at school. I was athletic and outgoing. I had to take some meds for depression and such in college and lost that person. I gained 150 in one school year. If you look at my pictures, the first is me now, the second was March 2000 and the third is December 2000 - see the difference. I got up to 335. I'm working my way down. I want that body back that I had. I want to be trim again. I know I can't be exactly the same, but I can come close. I am a massage therapist and I tell people all day how to take care of their bodies. Well, it's time I got on my own bandwagon. I have found and exercise buddy (about 1100 miles away - but that is ok). Now I just need to do it.

My Goals:
I'm tired of being fat. I want to be slender. I want to be able to just grab stuff off the rack without asking where the plus sizes are. I want to get off some of my meds that are there simply because I am over working my bodily systems. And I want to stop the pain. I'm carrying so much weight that my body hurts.

My Program:
I am going to do Turbo Jam every night before bed. I will do the abs DVD on Wednesday and Friday Nights. I have a membership to the YMCA, I will swim on Fridays and one other day a week. And I will do Yoga videos everyday after my work outs.

Personal Information:
I'm a massage therapist. My son is 13. And I am working on my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Other Information:
Right now I really don't have time for much. I am going to be spending all of my time working out, studying for my national certification in massage therapy and working on my Master's. So, you will catch me in the breeze as I post here every evening before bed. And hopefully a morning hello.
