    Looking for a Fun Challenge this Summer? Want to get connected with a Team to support you through your Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle. If yes, then consider joining the BL Challenge that starts early June. Each week 11 teams of 24 Active, do fun nutritional and fitness challenges. The challenges promote a healthy lifestyle and If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.     A note to 1 of my SP friends.....
    Hi! Sweetie BLUEJAY! I'm going through having to stay off my knee. I realized I HAVE to lower my calories I'm down to about 800 a day, because I'm not moving, very much. ALL of theses calories are VERY high quality food. Many Veggies, lot's of water & more veggie proteins instead of meats like chicken. I had added almost 5 # in 2 weeks.... YIKES! So this is helping as I heal. PLUS I cant add weight it makes it harder for me to lift myself up.

    Just thoughts of what I am doing as I heal. I AM much better today! I'm going to try to make deliveries for our beautiful business. It IS really needed. So I will take it VERY carefully! Using a cane!

    Please remember what Yoda said in your blog! Happy healing! Maybe a coloring book will help, it sure does me! I'm not watching TV, too much negative energy & not good for my healing. emoticon
