I hope you're enjoying the HRM - I'd be lost without mine. I've had Polar HRMs for about 8 years or so now. My resting heart rate is around 55 - 60 BPM I think. I don't know what exercise I can do to stay in the low bands - around 120 - 140 - everything I do seems to be 150 plus. 3311 days ago

Cecilann - what is your avg HR when running? I've bought a new Polar HRM which sets up a training programme and currently all my training is in Zone 3, so I apparently need to reduce my HR on some of my training. I tried to run (5k) at a slower pace to reduce my HR, but am still at around avg 160 - wondering if that's normal?! 3311 days ago

Hey! Off to Egypt on 27th Feb, so working hard to get/stay in shape! Still no sugar except for a handful of honey roast almonds - and no booze at all! This year! Going away for the weekend tomorrow though, so think I may indulge - eek! 3352 days ago

Hey... I was waiting until we got moved and settled into our new house, so I could start a new routine.. and keep to it. Getting up in the morning is my new goal when we move and do BodyRock early then walk at lunch and cardio 3 nights at the gym. I have been full of excuses the last couple weeks and did my first body rock vid last week and loved it just didnt work anymore into my week.. Now I guess I have too..
Do you do one everyday? or do you take rest days? I have a feeling I will be pretty sore and need a rest day every few days so it might end up being 40 days before I complete 30. 3355 days ago
