Ok so here's the deal....I'm 23 and I've been overweight/obese for as long as I can remember. Weight has always been a challenge for me, one that I have both fought with everything I have and at times given up on. The common thread in my age old struggle is that I've always done it alone. I'm an only child (biologically) so doing things on my own comes naturally lol, but I've found that it hasn't been helping my weight loss cause. Now however I've realized it's time to do something new! My church member directed me to this website and I must say that it's the something new I've been looking for. I hope to meet new people, gain friends and an awsome support system of people who not only understand but are going through the same struggles and triumphs that I am!

My Goals:
My goal is simple. I want to be healthier and feel better about myself.


My Program:
I've realized that my issue is not necessarily how much I eat, but what i'm eating. I can eat a normal portion of a healthy meal and feel full, but when it comes to junk food I could probably eat forever lol.

So my program is pretty simple. Monday-Friday I will cut out all sweets, drinks, and junk food. On the weekends I will allow myself to have desserts and a drink in moderation and once a month I will allow myself one "cheat day" where I can eat what I want! (cant' wait for that day! lol)

As far as exercise I plan to exercise 6 days a week
