Introduction Text I heard a voice cry out in agony " I'm so alone and so afraid Can you help me see a light in this darkness? Everyone else refused to show me the way." I gave him my hand and brought him through And found that he no more despaired His fear and loneliness had also departed For all he needed was someone who cared Every soul is transformed by the heart That possesses a Love that is genuine and real A Love so powerful that its effect is everlasting A Love that gives, A Love that bonds... A Love That Heals I've always believed that Constance Elizabeth was placed here on Earth for a special purpose.Throughout my 40+ years I've come to realize that My Purpose in Life is to Glorify God by serving others in every way possible. It's been a rough Journey,though;I've had my share of trials,tests,&tribulations:I was married to a very abusive husband for 22 years;my 1st born was diagnosed w/Autism at the age of 2;I struggled through my second College experience w/a mother who suffered horribly w/Diabetes.(The Lord took her Home in 2004,in my Junior year in Nursing School).I was very stressed during this time-trying to raise 3 children,work nights,&go to school to get my RN, all this while dying on the inside from a Loveless marriage.The stress effected me physically:my hair was falling out,my weight was out of control, & I had to have emergency surgery to remove a Necrotic Appendix when I was only 1 month away from Graduation.That was 6 years ago. My life has turned completely around:I became an RN in 2005,I remarried in 2009 to my true SoulMate,my hair grew back & I am getting rid of the "Stress Fat" once & for all!And I have never been happier!Yet now when I look back at all of those times that I felt pain,anguish, disappointment,& bathed my pillows with silent tears,I use these experiences as opportunities to encourage someone else who is living the same nightmare I once did. I also give God Praise that He gave me the strength to endure,& not allow any negative occurence to make me bitter, but better.I therefore embrace my Poem as MY LIFE MISSION: TO GIVE A LOVE THAT HEALS.

My goal is to be 30 lbs less on May 30th,2011, my 2nd Wedding Anniversary,& I would like to stay 130 lbs for my 50th Wedding Anninversary!

I am tracking my calories daily,drinking 6-8 cups of H2O, eating more fruits &veggies, adhering to the Spark diet as much as possible in relation to carbs, &exercising on my Elliptical Trainer 3xweek starting at 10 minutes w/the intention of increasing time as I lose more weight,gain more energy,&stamina.

I am from the Bronx,in NYC. I remarried last year &moved upstate. I am a Registered Nurse and I work in Homecare. I have 4beautiful children ages 25,23,21,18-2boys &2 girls.I am a Born-Again Christian who Loves God and His entire Creation.I live to serve Him and my fellow human beings.
